CEO, St Vincent Industries and winner, Leadership Excellence Award, 2018 WorkSafe Tasmania Awards.
Daniel was born in Nairobi, Kenya in 1970, but grew up in Wales where he attended Pontllanfraith Primary School and Oakdale Comprehensive.
His family emigrated to New Zealand in 1982, where he attended Pakuranga college and Auckland Technical College (ATI). Working for Bonds NZ Ltd., he apprenticed as a Textile Technician.
Daniel moved to Tasmania in 1992 to work for Tastex Knitwear as a Textile Technician and Production Manager. In 2001 he became Co-Manager of Tastex Knitwear.
He is currently the CEO of St Vincent Industries and under Daniel’s guidance, St Vincent Industries won the Leadership Excellence Award at the 2018 WorkSafe Tasmania Awards.
Daniel has completed further study including an Advanced Diploma in Business and a Diploma of Disability.
In his spare time Daniel enjoys socialising with friends, cycling, motorcycling and playing the guitar and piano.
